We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers via inbound and outbound calls. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer software and hardware
* Ability to pass a background check and meet tech requirements (headset, dual monitor, high-speed internet)
* Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, and have a distraction-free work environment
* Must not have any planned time off in the first 90-120 days
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bilingual in Spanish or Creole, with the ability to pass a language assessment
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Strong knowledge of customer service software and systems
