As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Engaging with team members and managers using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack to cultivate a customer-centric culture of collaboration

**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2 years of customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a written assessment
* Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and perform well under pressure
* Proficiency in computer usage for data entry and efficient internet browsing to assist customers
* Adaptability and flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
* Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information
* High school graduate or equivalent experience
* Willingness and ability to pass a background check
**Technical Requirements**
To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:
* A dedicated workspace with a computer monitor and minimal distractions
* A reliable wired, high-speed internet and broadband connection with a download speed of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps
* A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
