You'll be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner * Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner * Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our service offerings and policies * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues * Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner * Provide accurate and up-to-date information about careerzynith's service offerings and policies * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge * Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals * Stay up-to-date on careerzynith's products and services to provide informed support to customers **Essential Qualifications** * High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) * 0-2 years of related experience in customer service or a related field * 6+ months of contact center experience or customer service experience * Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills * Ability to type 35wpm or more * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers **Preferred Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role * Experience working in a fast-paced contact center environment * Knowledge of careerzynith's products and services * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams * Strong organization and time management skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other customer service software * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and accuracy **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
