**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving their inquiries, and delivering positive outcomes. **Key Responsibilities**

* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies

* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
* Upsell products or services as needed
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
* Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
