You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient processing, and exceptional customer experiences. If you're a goal-oriented, organized, and customer-centric individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare, edit, scan, and submit purchase orders to vendors in a timely fashion by company targets and goals. * Monitor vendor back-orders and source products from alternate vendors as necessary. * Work with branch locations to ensure company goals are met concerning the company's receiving and put-away goals. * Monitor key data elements and notify appropriate personnel if discrepancies/anomalies are observed. * Initiate and support the continual improvement of arenaflex's quality improvement system. * Assumes other duties as assigned * Responsible for managing the inbound flow of products to support the company's sales objectives. * Initiate and support the continual improvement of arenaflex's quality improvement system. **Essential Qualifications** * High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent desired. * Prior knowledge of automobiles or mechanics preferred * Willingness to be trained and learn the company's products and procedures * Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork * Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in customer service or a related field * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Basic math and reading skills * Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
