Your responsibilities will include: * Managing client interactions via phone, email, and chat to resolve queries, address concerns, and provide solutions * Booking appointments on behalf of our clients to ensure seamless coordination and communication * Problem resolution and conflict management to maintain a positive and professional tone * Excellent phone interaction skills to build rapport and trust with our clients * Coordinating with photographers, processors, and office staff as needed to ensure smooth operations **Qualifications and Skills** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * **Attendance is paramount**: Our customers depend on us to deliver exceptional service, so attendance and punctuality are essential * **Positive, outgoing, team-oriented attitude**: You'll be working closely with our team members, so a positive and collaborative attitude is crucial * **Superior oral and written communication skills**: You'll be communicating with our clients and team members regularly, so strong communication skills are essential * **Customer Service experience in a fast-paced setting**: You'll need to have experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment to succeed in this role * **Attention to detail and accuracy**: You'll be handling sensitive and confidential information, so attention to detail and accuracy are critical * **High school diploma**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role * **Strong computer skills**: You'll be using our CRM system and other software tools to manage client interactions and bookings * **Pass background check**: We require all team members to pass a background check to ensure the safety and security of our clients and team members * **Texas resident**: You'll need to be a resident of Texas to work with us, as we're a Texas-based company **Pay and Benefits** As a Remote Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you can expect: * **Competitive hourly rate**: $14.20 per hour at start, with a pay increase to $15.00 per hour after successful 60-day probation * **40 hours per week**: You'll be working a standard 40-hour week, with opportunities to work additional hours as needed * **Eligible for benefits**: After successful probation, you'll be eligible for our benefits package, which includes health insurance, paid time off, and work-from-home flexibility * **Work-from-home flexibility**: You'll have the opportunity to work from home, with regular check-ins and support from our team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills and careers.
