**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. You'll research and problem-solve to determine the best solutions for our customers, and follow up as needed to resolve issues. We're looking for someone who can go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, and who can think critically to provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms
* Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues
* Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, thinking critically to provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed support to customers
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years working in a customer-focused environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multi-task and think critically
* Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
* Must be able to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote environment
* Knowledge of pet care products and services
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
