As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries and issues.
- Keying in sales orders daily with a high level of accuracy, adhering to our quality standards of no more than 2 errors per month.
- Setting up new clients as needed, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and excellent first impressions.
- Handling exception calls and providing support to sales reps as needed, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Maintaining standing orders, including holds, releases, and additions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Processing exceptions into the Case module as needed, creating credit memos, filing freight claims, issuing call tags, and following defective product procedures.
- Processing freight claims, pursuing payment from carriers, and filing claim paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of experience in a relationship-building customer service environment for a tangible product or service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a higher level of education.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
- Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor.
- Detail-oriented and dedicated, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
- A team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
