* Collaborating with our team of experts to gather insights from real-world consumers
**Key Responsibilities**
* Participate in remote short studies and data entry/feedback for our company and industry partners
* Provide high-quality customer service to clients and participants
* Enter data into software and interpret results
* Assist in creating questions for surveys and focus groups
* Extrapolate raw data from surveys and provide insights to clients
* Collaborate with our team of experts to gather insights from real-world consumers
* Meet with groups or join online focus groups as required
