**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing information about our services. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide friendly and professional support to customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Answer questions and provide information about arenaflex's services, including flight schedules, fares, and baggage policies
* Handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets
* Process transactions, make change, and balance daily exchanges
* Inspect luggage and freight, answering questions and providing information to customers as needed
* Manage overbooked flights, delayed or cancelled flights, lost or damaged baggage, and other customer issues
* Provide current and accurate information about flight schedules, reservations, and flight status
* Complete forms and reports as required by arenaflex
* Write incident and complaint reports as needed
* Perform other work-related duties as assigned by supervisors
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in any field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with adequate speed to meet the needs of the job
* Ability to understand records, follow procedures, learn and understand tagging techniques, rules, and regulations
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve fast turnaround of flights
* Ability to provide a well-groomed appearance, understanding the Ground Tasks Representative Handbook and Work Understanding
* Ability to perform all job duties within a limited space
* Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in-person, and on public address systems
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Knowledge of airline operations, policies, and procedures
* Ability to work in a team environment, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
