**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. You'll work closely with our clinical staff to resolve patient needs, answer medication refill requests, and schedule appointments. **Responsibilities**
* Answer an average of 60-80 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identify the type of assistance they need
* Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems
* Communicate directly with clinical staff for patient needs, including medication refills, referral requests, and chart troubleshooting
* Schedule appointments for patients and enter and update demographics as needed
* Perform other tasks as required to ensure exceptional customer service
**Training and Development**
We offer 90 days of paid training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. Our training program is comprehensive and includes both classroom and on-the-job training. You'll work closely with our experienced trainers to develop your skills and knowledge, and you'll have the opportunity to learn from our team of experts.
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent experience
* Must be 18 years old or older
* Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
* Typing speed of 40 wpm
* 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment, including office, administrative, clerical, customer service, and other related roles
* Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Mountain Time, with occasional overtime as required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1+ years of prior healthcare experience
* Knowledge of medical terminology
**Telecommuting Requirements**
* Reside within Golden, CO
* Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
* Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
* Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
* All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to arenaflex's Telecommuter Policy
**Compensation and Benefits**
The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and more. arenaflex complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
