**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and accuracy
* Providing members and providers with information on benefits, pharmacy services, provider directories, and more
* Documenting and tracking all member/provider contact in our system
* Guiding members through policy details and regulatory requirements
* Processing claim referrals, complaints, and appeals
* Reviewing and interpreting member claims history for accurate benefit tracking
* Supporting credentialing/recredentialing processes for providers
* Responding to legal documentation requests
* Preparing trend reports and audit-related documentation
* Educating on self-service tools and resolving customer concerns within guidelines
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* **Oklahoma Residency**: We require all candidates to reside in Oklahoma to ensure a stable and reliable work environment.
* **Reliable High-Speed Internet Connection**: You'll need a minimum 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload speed, which can be verified through an internet speed test.
* **Hardwired Ethernet Connection**: We require a hardwired Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not acceptable) to ensure a secure and stable connection.
* **Availability for Training**: You'll need to be available to attend our 4-6 week training program without interruptions.
* **Healthcare Insurance and Call Center Experience**: While not required, prior experience in healthcare insurance and call center environments is preferred.
* **Assessment Required**: You'll need to complete an assessment prior to submission, which will be provided by our team.
**Education**
* **High School Diploma or GED**: We require a high school diploma or equivalent as a minimum educational requirement.
