**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through phone, email, and other channels. You'll be responsible for:
* Providing phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
* Answering incoming requests through our multichannel system, which includes order entry, order status verification, and processing return orders
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with careerzynith specifications and following standardized processes to ensure 100% quality for all orders
* Understanding, interpreting, and explaining detailed information about our processes and procedures
* Participating in continuous improvement activities and projects, and assisting with additional team and organizational projects as required
* Demonstrating flexibility in responding to new and rapidly changing situations and environments
* Understanding how decisions impact customers, markets, and sales representatives
* Providing support beyond standard hours as needed to meet call volume and workload demands
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least 2 years of direct Customer Service or Account Management experience
* A High School diploma or GED equivalent
* Experience with Salesforce and/or Systems Applications & Products (SAP)
* Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associates or Bachelors Degree
* 3 or more years of Customer Service and Order Entry experience
* Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), or Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX) is a plus
* Experience with PowerBI and/or Genesys is a plus
