**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Remote Cargo Agent, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Processing cargo shipments, including booking, tracking, and resolving issues

* Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulations

**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A valid driver's license
* Basic computer skills and experience with digital tools
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early morning and evening hours
**Preferred Qualifications:**
While not required, experience in freight cargo and warehouse operations, as well as writing and computer skills, are highly desirable.
