As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution, and maintaining detailed knowledge of our products and services. You'll work closely with our technical and service departments to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution and maintaining detailed knowledge of our products and services * Analyze customer service needs and communicate with service and technical departments as necessary * Maintain detailed and current knowledge of our products and services, as well as our clients' products and services * Enter required data into client-provided systems and databases * Escalate or refer unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments * Build base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients * Work hours as assigned, including nights and weekends, and be available to work all shifts * Be on camera during work hours **What We're Looking For** * High School Diploma or Equivalent * 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite * Ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards * Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends * Ability to be on camera during work hours **Desired Skills and Capabilities** * Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks * Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes * Recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice and has little or no role in the decision-making process * Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requiring instructions on all assignments * Works under close supervision **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
