**Responsibilities**
As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling emergency signals and notifying/verifying alarm signals in a timely and efficient manner
* Dispatching the proper authorities when necessary, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need
* Providing top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
* Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or related environment
* Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
* Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate our systems and software
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously
**Shifts and Scheduling**
