Our team is passionate about making a positive impact in peoples lives, and we value the skills and expertise of our employees. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries and concerns related to arenaflex's products and services. * Assisting customers with billing inquiries, claims issues, enrollment processes, and other service-related requests. * Identifying and resolving issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction is prioritized. * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and documenting all actions taken in the CRM system. * Working collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex customer concerns and escalate issues as needed. * Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's policies, procedures, and product offerings to effectively respond to customer inquiries. * Meeting performance and quality standards, including call handling times and customer satisfaction metrics. * Promoting and educating customers on arenaflex's health plans, programs, and services, ensuring they are fully informed about available options. **Required Skills and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred. * Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or healthcare-related environment. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with customers. * Ability to handle sensitive customer information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. * Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in order to resolve customer issues efficiently. * Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time effectively and staying organized. * Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset. **Experience** We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a healthcare or insurance setting. Previous experience handling customer complaints, inquiries, and service escalations is a plus. Experience with healthcare products and services is desirable but not required. **Working Hours** This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options.
