**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative – Product Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients' products by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the product testing process. You'll work closely with our clients and market research firms to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support to clients and market research firms through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
* Collaborate with clients to understand their product testing needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations
* Work closely with market research firms to ensure that product testing projects are completed efficiently and effectively
* Document product testing results and provide feedback to clients and market research firms
* Participate in product testing projects, including In-Home Usage Tests (IHUTs) and Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology)
* Write reviews and provide feedback on products as requested by clients and market research firms
* Maintain accurate records and reports of product testing results and client interactions
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that arenaflex remains at the forefront of product testing and development
**Requirements**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and market research firms
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
* Proficiency in computer software and technology, including digital cameras and smartphones
* Ability to commit to a regular routine and work 15-25 hours per week
* 18 years or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
* Knowledge of product testing and development principles and practices
* Familiarity with market research firms and their methodologies
