**Job Description:**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing timely and accurate information to incoming customer requests about order status and product details
* Processing customer orders, changes, and returns according to established department policies and procedures
* Partnering with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations
* Working closely with the Operations Support and Transportation departments to ensure seamless operations
**Essential Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and internal chat-based programs
* Process customer orders and changes accurately and efficiently
* Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to resolve service failures or customer concerns
* Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless operations
* Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations
**Qualifications:**
* Must know Ten Key by touch
* Advanced level of experience with MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
* Flexible working schedule to meet the needs of our customers and operations
* Previous experience providing customer service via phone and email
* Ability to multi-task while recording accurate information
* Detail-oriented with attention to detail
**Preferred Skills and Experience:**
* Previous experience working with AS400
* Knowledge of the produce industry and varieties of produce
* Experience with internal chat-based programs to keep in touch with customers and internal departments
