**Job Overview**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Partner Experience Specialist. This role will provide support to our active process servers, who are employed or contracted with arenaflex. The Partner Experience Specialist will be responsible for answering questions, resolving issues, managing and distributing work, and addressing performance concerns. This position is remote, but must be located in Puerto Rico.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Partner Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Answering inquiries and resolving issues from process servers in a timely and professional manner
* Overseeing the distribution and dispatch of cases to process servers, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled and completed efficiently
* Working in Skye (arenaflex's in-house application) to ensure that orders are being dispatched and fulfilled correctly
* Monitoring process server status to ensure that they are in good standing and able to accept and complete work
* Obtaining status of orders via phone calls, fax, court docket, and other means, to ensure that all cases are being completed and fulfilled
* Collaborating with team members to identify broken processes or inefficiencies in daily tasks, and implementing solutions to improve productivity and efficiency
* Resolving issues on the task board in Skye, and ensuring that all cases are being completed and fulfilled correctly
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Customer service or IT experience, preferably in a similar industry
* A high school diploma or GED
* Familiarity with the legal process, although not required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with process servers and other stakeholders
* Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and implement solutions
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
**Essential Skills and Competencies**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with process servers and other stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze issues and implement solutions

* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Familiarity with the legal process, although not required
* Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary package, with a pay range of $12.00 to $14.00 per hour. Our benefits package includes:

**Schedule**
