* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to clients
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to clients
**Essential Qualifications**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
* Ability to adapt to changing client needs and priorities
* Proficiency in common software applications, including Microsoft Office and digital tools
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
