**Job Description**
As a customer service representative on our paid panel, you'll have the chance to participate in a variety of market research tasks, including focus groups, clinical trials, and online surveys. You'll have the flexibility to choose from a range of opportunities, including in-person and remote participation. **Key Responsibilities**
* Participate in paid national and local focus groups, clinical trials, and market research studies
* Complete written and/or oral instructions as part of the discussion
* Fill out written surveys provided for each panel
* Test and review new products or services before they are released to the public
* Provide honest feedback on products and services to help shape the future of arenaflex
**Qualifications**
* A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
* High-speed internet connection is necessary
* Ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions
* Customer service representative agent experience is not compulsory
* US residents only
