**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Representative on our paid panel, you'll have the flexibility to choose from a variety of opportunities, including remote and in-person discussions. You'll be responsible for contributing to our research efforts by completing written and oral instructions, testing products and services, and providing honest feedback on your experiences. Your input will help shape the development of new products and services, and you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $750 per week.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Participate in paid national and local focus groups, clinical trials, and market research studies
* Complete written and oral instructions as part of the discussion
* Test products and services and provide feedback on your experiences
* Fill out written surveys for each panel
* Be prepared to discuss products and services ahead of the meeting date
* Show up at least 10 minutes before the designated discussion start time
**Qualifications**
* A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
* High-speed internet connection is necessary
* Ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions
* Customer Service Representative agent experience is not compulsory
* US residents only
