**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including overnights

* Experience working in a customer-facing role in a call center or retail environment
* Knowledge of customer service software and systems
* Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
