**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team in Mount Prospect, IL. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in an overnight shift, providing exceptional customer service to our patients while resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
* Handle prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
* Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and provide accurate information to patients
* Work collaboratively with our team to ensure timely delivery of medications to patients
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
* 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues
* Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive, supportive team culture
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
* Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
* Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

**Training Schedule**
* Training will take place Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST
* Schedule availability will be Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST, with an 8-hour shift assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame
**Pay Range**
* The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour
