You will work in our inbound call center in overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 PM EST to 9:00 AM EST. You will be assigned an 8-hour shift, 5 days a week, within this time frame. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound calls from patients, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner * Resolve patient issues and concerns, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary * Ensure timely delivery of medications to patients, communicating with patients and internal teams as needed * Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex patient issues and concerns * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment * 6+ months of high call center experience, with proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or other applications * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and internal teams * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail * Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience **Preferred Qualifications** * 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone * Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions * Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with knowledge of medication delivery and patient care **COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement** arenaflex requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. **Training Schedule** * Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST * Ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge **Schedule Availability** * Monday through Sunday, 9:00 PM EST to 9:00 AM EST * Assigned 8-hour shift, 5 days a week, within this time frame **Pay Range** * The typical pay range for this role is: + Minimum: $17.02 + Maximum: $27.16 * Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
