As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients, resolving their queries, and ensuring timely delivery of medications. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients while advancing your career in a dynamic and supportive environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound calls from patients, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner * Provide empathetic and personalized support to patients, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless delivery of medications * Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions and resolutions * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge * Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment * 6+ months of high call center experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or another application * Strong computer skills and proficiency in using software applications * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone * Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions * Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting **COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement** arenaflex requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. **Training Schedule** * Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST (training schedule) * Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame) **Pay Range** * The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour * Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
