**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, working overnight shifts from home in Illinois. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring timely delivery of life-sustaining medications to our specialty patients. Your skills and knowledge will help resolve patients' questions and concerns, providing empathy and excellent customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle high-volume calls from patients, resolving prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage issues
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patients' needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless patient care
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Training Schedule**
* Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST (training schedule)
* Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am EST (8-hour shifts will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)
**Pay Range**
* The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour
* Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
**Required Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer service experience
* 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
* Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
* Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
* Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions
