**Job Description**
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Mount Prospect, IL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Handling inbound calls from patients and resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
* Providing excellent customer service while resolving patient issues on the first call
* Working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment to meet and exceed performance goals
* Collaborating with our team to ensure timely delivery of medications to patients
* Providing training and support to new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound calls from patients and resolve their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner

**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer service experience
* 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
* Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
* Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
* Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
* Experience working in a call center environment with a high volume of calls
* Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft, or another application
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines

* The typical pay range for this role is:
+ Minimum: $17.02
+ Maximum: $27.16
