**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Outdoor Rental Operations, you'll play a critical role in assisting customers at our airport lots, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a seamless rental or return experience. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots
* Check cars, enter information in a handheld device, process rentals of loyalty customers, assist customers at exit gates, or check-in cars at return
* Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner
* Work outdoors in various weather conditions, standing, walking, or moving throughout the rental lot and entering/exiting vehicles for prolonged periods
* Drive a variety of vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of customers and equipment
* Maintain accurate records, complete paperwork, and perform other administrative tasks as required
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive work environment

**Requirements**
* Valid Driver's License
* Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
* Effective verbal communication skills
* Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
* Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
* Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6 months of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience working in an outdoor or customer-facing role
* Basic knowledge of transportation or customer service principles
