**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dakota Dunes, SD. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting careerzynith's products and services. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound calls from customers regarding careerzynith's products and services
* Understand and apply policies and procedures used for daily operations
* Take accountability for customer satisfaction with a highly professional demeanor
* Demonstrate a strong phone presence while assisting customers with less than perfect credit
* Achieve high satisfaction on customer surveys
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team dynamic
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer complaints and issues

**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are required and compensated in the form of a 10% differential
* Must live within 50 miles of a PREMIER location or plan on relocating (for remote employees)
