**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible payment solution performance. You'll be responsible for administratively onboarding new clients, handling orders, and providing first-line support on a daily basis. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide day-to-day support to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible payment solution performance
* Administer the onboarding process for new clients, including registering, prioritizing, and resolving technical issues
* Proactively share customer feedback to inform the development of our platform
* Offer solutions to customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain a daily helicopter view to identify onboarding needs and take action accordingly
* Document all client information thoroughly in our CRM system
**Essential Qualifications**
* Strong communication skills for clients, partners, and colleagues
* Excellent professional command of both English and Dutch languages
* Excellent listening skills
* Positive mindset and stress-resilience
* Well-organized, with the ability to prioritize work effectively and meet deadlines
* Strong analytical skills, with both a helicopter view and attention to detail
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or payment-related industry
* Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software
* Knowledge of payment processing and online payment solutions
* Certification in customer service or a related field
