**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative for our National Campaigns Unit, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound, outbound, and email responses. You will work with internal clients to provide shareholder communications, addressing contested proxy meetings and promoting the interests of management. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you a valuable asset to our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer experiences through inbound, outbound, and email responses, addressing contested proxy meetings and promoting the interests of management
* Work with internal clients to deliver shareholder communications, ensuring accurate and timely responses to investor inquiries
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of shareholder communications, including contested proxy meetings and proxy voting procedures
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
* Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal clients and external stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in customer service
**Essential Qualifications**
* 6-7 months of call center, customer service experience
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Good speaking voice and ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal clients and external stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a similar role, with a focus on shareholder communications and contested proxy meetings
* Strong knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
* Ability to work in a remote environment, with a focus on self-motivation and discipline
* Experience with data entry and other administrative tasks
**Equipment Requirements**
* Windows (10 or 11) – No Lenex, Chrome, MAC, etc.
* Headsets – need USB headsets (no wireless)
* Dual monitors will be beneficial, but not required
* Ability to come off mute when called on (unacceptable not to participate), materials open and are on the current example that is being shared, and participating in the chat when asked to complete a task
* Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload
