**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Miami Gardens, FL. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, or fax. Your primary goal will be to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, maximize sales productivity, and contribute to the overall optimization of our customer service operations.
**Essential Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* **Providing World-Class Customer Service**: Respond to inbound calls from customers nationally, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* **Accurate Data Entry**: Input customer and prospect information into our CRM database with precision and attention to detail.
* **Order Management**: Maintain an order batch, track orders from processing to follow-up, and ensure timely completion of orders.
* **Verification and Follow-up**: Verify customer information and order details, and follow up on pending payments and orders as necessary.
* **Communication and Collaboration**: Work effectively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.
**Supervisory Responsibilities**

* **Customer Service Experience**: At least 1 year of previous customer service or call center experience is required.
* **Technical Skills**: Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and have experience with data entry and CRM systems.
* **Language Skills**: English and Spanish language skills are a plus.
**Physical Demands**
The physical demands of this role include:
