**A Day in the Life of a Member Solutions Advocate**
As a Member Solutions Advocate at arenaflex, you'll work from our Rockland headquarters, assisting our members with a variety of needs, including loan payments, balance inquiries, new account openings, and technical support for our website, online banking, and bill pay features. You'll need to be flexible and able to pivot smoothly from one transaction to another in a busy environment. Don't worry – we'll set you up for success with comprehensive on-the-job training and an introductory period for plenty of feedback and coaching.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional member service via telephone, responding to a wide range of inquiries and requests
* Assist members with loan payments, balance inquiries, new account openings, and technical support for our website, online banking, and bill pay features
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve member issues and provide a positive experience
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of member interactions
* Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
**Skills & Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members and staff at all levels
* Knowledge of credit union products and services a plus; Microsoft Word and Excel experience also a plus
* Accuracy and attention to detail essential, as well as the ability to navigate our mobile app and website
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
**Work Schedule and Benefits:**
* Full-time schedule with 40 hours per week, including extended hours on Thursday and Friday, and a short schedule every other Saturday
* Hybrid remote work arrangement, with the potential to transition to full remote work after the introductory period and training
