**Job Title:** Experienced Customer Service Representative - Medicare Contract-to-Hire Opportunity with arenaflex **Job Summary:** arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 3+ months contract-to-hire basis. As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our valued customers. As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of our customers. **Job Responsibilities:** * Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to our valued customers * Work with customers to resolve problems related to claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other Medicare-related issues * Utilize strong problem-solving skills and empathy to de-escalate customer complaints and concerns * Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers, both verbally and in writing * Navigate through multiple systems simultaneously to efficiently resolve customer issues * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service and Medicare-related topics **Key Qualifications:** * Call Center Customer Service experience with a focus on inbound calls (no telesales) * Excellent Customer Focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented mindset and excellent customer service skills * Empathy and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to de-escalate customer complaints and concerns * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone * Ability to navigate through multiple systems simultaneously * ALL candidates must score a 80% or above on eSkills test **Preferred Qualifications:** * High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of customer service experience/call center experience * Healthcare industry experience, particularly in the Medicare space * Previous experience working with Medicare customers or in a related field * Call Center Customer Service experience (Inbound calls) * Medical background or certification (e.g., CNA, LPN, RN) **Work Environment and Company Culture:** * 100% remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home within a one-hour radius of Philadelphia, PA 19103 * Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, with FT shifts ranging from Sunday to Saturday from 7:45AM to 8:15PM and including one late night shift as well as a Saturday or Sunday shift * 37.5 hour workweek, with opportunities for overtime as needed * Collaborative and dynamic team environment, with ongoing training and development opportunities * arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment, where all employees feel valued and supported **Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:** * Competitive hourly rate, with opportunities for overtime pay * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge * Collaborative and dynamic team environment, with opportunities for career growth and advancement **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity with arenaflex.
