**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to exclusive customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand. Your passion for exquisite, personalized service and your appreciation for high fashion brands will shine through as you help customers shop, resolve questions about their orders, and resolve issues with white glove treatment.
**A Typical Day**
* Answer incoming communications from customers
* Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
* Make recommendations of products or services to close sales
* Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
**What You Bring to the Role**
* An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture
* 1 year or more of customer service experience
* 1 year or more post-secondary education OR 2 years equivalent work experience
* Ability to recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues
* Computer experience
* High-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
* A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset)
* A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.)
