Your daily operations will include scanning haul-away pods, verifying stamps, processing changes or cancellations to delivery orders, and performing general clerical duties as assigned.

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries
• Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner, resolving issues and escalating concerns to management as needed
• Diagnose and resolve problems or issues related to delivery routes, shipments, and customer accounts
• Monitor the progress of delivery routes and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps to ensure accurate tracking and documentation
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders, including updates to customer accounts and shipping records
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry, and billing

**Essential Qualifications:**
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics and transportation industry
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
