**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a unique and memorable experience. You'll be the face of our company, often the first interaction our customers have with us. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide inbound phone support to arenaflex Members through the lifespan of their membership with us
* Offer solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience, leveraging a thorough understanding of arenaflex practices
* Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to meet their requirements
* Answer and place calls in a professional manner, focusing on a "1st call resolution"
* Use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
* Meet productivity and call quality metrics, ensuring exceptional customer service
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications:**
* One year of office support experience in a customer service role, preferably
* High School diploma
* Excellent customer service skills and attitude
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
* Attention to detail
* Problem-solving
* Computer proficiency in MS Suite
* Typing speed of 45WPM
* Professional appearance
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bilingual skills
* Previous experience in a similar role at a technology company
