**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in assisting potential borrowers and current customers with questions regarding loan products, evaluating vehicles, managing customer loans and payments, and providing daily communication with customers regarding their accounts. You'll also make courtesy calls when necessary to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist potential borrowers and current customers with questions regarding loan products and services
* Evaluate vehicles to determine loan eligibility and value
* Manage customer loans and payments, including daily communication and follow-up calls
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Meet or exceed sales and customer service targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Job Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a financial services or loan industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
* Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
* Must be able to pass a company background screening, including a credit, criminal, and background check
**Education and Experience**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a financial services or loan industry
* Computer and data entry experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Personal qualities, such as honesty, integrity, and dependability, are essential for success in this role
