**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative – Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through live chat, phone, and email support. Your primary duties will include:
* **Preparing account changes**: You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and make necessary changes to their accounts to ensure a seamless experience.
* **Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues**: You will use your active listening skills and technical expertise to identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

* **Negotiating customer prices, service plan payments, and billing issues**: You will work with customers to negotiate prices, service plan payments, and billing issues in a fair and transparent manner, consistent with arenaflex's guidelines.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this position.
* **1-2 years in a customer-facing role**: You should have at least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a customer service setting.
* **Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment**: You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
* **Excellent telephone skills**: You should have excellent telephone skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
* **Strong troubleshooting abilities**: You must be able to troubleshoot complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.
* **Solid negotiating skills**: You should have solid negotiating skills, including the ability to negotiate prices, service plan payments, and billing issues in a fair and transparent manner.
* **Computer proficient**: You must be proficient in using computers and software applications, including CRM systems and other tools.
**Preferred Qualifications**
