As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales goals, and driving business growth. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Primary Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly lead generation, follow-up, and sales goals * Fielding questions via phone, email, or online chat from prospective and existing customers * Assisting with customer orders, complaints, shipments, cancellations, and other queries * Maintaining strict customer standards and customer confidentiality * Processing orders, preparing correspondences, and fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction * Working with customers to find what they want, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process * Liaising between customers and vendors to ensure ordered products are in stock, lead times are acceptable, and tracking information is provided in a timely fashion * Keeping records of customer interactions, customer contacts, and account updates in Hubspot CRM * Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of customers to meet their needs * Working hand-in-hand with the sales team to create and review quotes to ensure that the products offered satisfy buying requirements and company margin expectations * Preparing and submitting weekly sales reports to management **Requirements** To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need: * A bachelor's degree in Biology, Science, or another Life Sciences major * Experience in Genomics Research, Cell Biology Research, Proteomics, or Analytical Chemistry is a plus * Two years of experience in eCommerce, call center, or technical support is preferred * Two years of experience in a professional working environment * Strong computer skills for documentation and data management (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks, highly organized * Ability to thrive in fast-paced work environments **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Competitive hourly rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour * Health, vision, and dental insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance * Opportunities for career growth and professional development **Work Environment** Our office is located in the heart of Houston, Texas, and we're committed to creating a dynamic and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
