**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Greeting customers and providing a warm, welcoming experience
* Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making purchase suggestions
* Working with our food program and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve daily goals and maintain high standards for store appearance
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless customer service
* Interacting with customers daily, resolving issues, and offering solutions

**Essential Qualifications**

**Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
