**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering phones and greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner
* Establishing customer relationships and following up with customers, as needed
* Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
* Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* A passion for helping others and a customer-focused mindset
* Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proactive in problem solving
* Experience in the insurance industry or a related field is a plus
