We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative I Healthcare to join our remote US team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. **Job Summary:** As a Customer Service Representative I Healthcare, you'll be responsible for responding to telephone inquiries from consumers, maintaining accurate records of patient account profile information and referral source data, and scheduling consultations for telesales agents. You'll also be expected to demonstrate excellent customer service and listening skills, as well as strong computer skills and data entry abilities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Answer incoming phone calls and respond to consumer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Maintain accurate records of patient account profile information and referral source data * Schedule consultations for telesales agents and take messages and pass along feedback as needed * Demonstrate excellent customer service and listening skills to ensure client satisfaction * Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required * Utilize strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel to complete tasks efficiently **Minimum Job Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment (call center type environments preferred) * High School diploma or GED **Preferred Job Requirements:** * Effective and empathetic communication style in managing inbound calls and communications with clients and team members * Computer experience with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel * Basic alpha-numeric data entry skills with attention to accuracy and quality * Experience in a healthcare setting or insurance industry, including knowledge of basic insurance and third-party terms and medical terminology * Ability to work with people in a team environment while meeting individual performance goals * Ability to read and interpret policies, procedures, and instructions * Effective organizational skills and ability to prioritize a fluctuating workload and competing priorities **Education:** * High School diploma or GED **About arenaflex:** arenaflex is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data, and applications. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
