**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* **Handling Incoming Customer Calls**: Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding their accounts, resolving issues efficiently and escalating to a manager when necessary.
* **Educating Customers**: Educate customers on key account details, including finance charge accrual, late fees, credit reporting, available payment methods, and account management tools.
* **Documenting Customer Interactions**: Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems to maintain up-to-date and thorough account records.
* **Collaborating with Other Departments**: Work with other departments as needed to resolve customer issues, ensuring all actions comply with company policies and applicable laws.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

* **Basic to Moderate Computer Proficiency**: Strong keyboarding skills and meeting minimum accuracy standards are essential.
* **Strong Verbal Communication Skills**: Ability to interact with customers over the phone, including managing stressful conversations professionally.
* **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to resolve issues or escalate appropriately, using a variety of communication techniques to encourage timely customer payments and maintain account status.
**Scheduling and Work Environment**
* **Hybrid Work Arrangement**: 4 days of remote work and 1 day of on-site work per week.
* **Flexible Schedule**: Required to work three daytime shifts and two evening shifts per week.
* **Initial Training**: Conducted in person for the first three weeks.
* **Training Schedule**: Follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM for the first six weeks.
