**The Role**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their expectations are met and managed throughout the lifespan of their project. Your primary duties will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
* Providing product information and answering questions about arenaflex's services
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely manner
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
**Key Responsibilities:**

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

* Previous experience with CRM software and customer service platforms

* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
