Our full-service contact center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, specializes in inbound and outbound support for the home improvement industry, ensuring that customer expectations are met and managed throughout the lifespan of a project. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the main point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring that their needs are met.
**About the Role**
We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and adapting to changing guidelines and customer needs. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
* Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and customer needs
* Booking appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy
* Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills on a consistent basis
* Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as needed
* Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information
* Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school graduate or G.E.D.
* Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
* Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
* Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
* Ability to pass a background check
