Our full-service contact center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, specializes in inbound and outbound support for the home improvement industry, ensuring that customer expectations are met and managed throughout the lifespan of a project. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the main point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring that their needs are met. **About the Role** We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and adapting to changing guidelines and customer needs.
