**Compensation and Benefits**

• **Pay for Performance Incentive**: You will be eligible for a Pay for Performance incentive, paid out monthly to eligible team members, recognizing your contributions to the team's success.

**System Requirements**
To ensure a seamless and efficient customer service experience, you will need to maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:
• **Self-Provided Computer or Laptop**: You will need to provide a computer or laptop running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years.
• **Headset Compatible with arenaflex Specifications**: You will need to provide a headset compatible with arenaflex specifications.
• **High-Speed Internet Connection**: You will need to have a high-speed internet connection, with satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services not permitted.
• **Supported Devices**: arenaflex does not support Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks.
**Training Schedule**
Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you will attend orientation and training for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. The training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
