**Key responsibilities**

* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**What you'll need for success**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
* Bilingual language skills a plus in certain locations
* Valid driver's license and ability to obtain airport security clearance (if applicable)
